How to add POP3 email account to Outlook 2016

1 Before you begin
- You should know your own email address and password. If not sure, try login via WebMail (How to open Web Mail)
- Your computer should be already connected to Internet. (What is POP3 and IMAP? which one should I use?)
2 Add POP3 account to Outlook 2016
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2016
- Clock File
- Select Info tab
- Click Add Account
- On the Welcome to Outlook screen
- Input your email address click Connect
- Choose POP
- Input your information as below
- (replace example.com with your own domain name)
- Don't forget to change the Outgoing server port to 587
- Click Next
- Input your password
- Click Connect
- Account setup is complete
- Click OK
