How to add POP3 email account to Apple Mail on MacOS 10.14 (Mojave)

1 Before you begin
- You should know your own email address and password. If not sure, try login via WebMail (How to open Web Mail)
- Your computer should be already connected to Internet. (What is POP3 and IMAP? which one should I use?)
2 Add POP3 account to Apple Mail
- Open System Preferences...
- Open Internet Accounts
- Scroll down the list, choose Add Other Account...
- Choose Mail account
- Input your Name, email address and Password
- Click Sign In
- Computer says Unable to verify account name or password
- Input both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server as below
- replace example.com with your own domain name
- Click Sign In
- Computer says Internet Accounts (System Preferences) can't verify the identify of the server...
- Click Show Certificate
- Click the Arrow left to "Trust" to open it.
- Make sure all the settings are set to "Always Trust"
- Click Continue
- Computer ask for your password
- Input your own computer password, not email password
- click Update Settings

- Open Apple Mail
- Click Mail > Preferences
- Open Signatures tab
- Choose the Email Account you want to change
- Input your email signature
- Open the Accounts tab
- Choose the Email Account you want to change
- Open Mailbox Behaviours
- Change Erase junk messages: After one week (or your own favor)
- Change Erase deleted message: After one week (or your own favor)
- Close the Preferences window
- Send a test email to yourself
