How to add IMAP email account to Outlook 2007

1 Before you begin
- You should know your own email address and password. If not sure, try login via WebMail (How to open Web Mail)
- Your computer should be already connected to Internet. (What is POP3 and IMAP? which one should I use?)
2 Add IMAP account to Outlook 2007
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Click Tools > Account Settings...
- Click New.. on E-Mail tab
- Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types
- Click Next
- Choose Internet E-mail
- Click Next
- Input your own information like the example below
- (replace example.com with your own domain name)
- Click More Settings..
- Open Outgoing tab
- Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
- Open Advanced tab
- Change SMTP port to 587
- Click OK
- Click Next
- Clock Finish
