How to check and free-up mailbox space

• First, Login to WebMail
• On the lower-left part of WebMail, it shows your mailbox usage.

• If you want to delete some huge messages to free up space
  • Sort the messages by size, so that largest messages are on top
  • use Ctrl-Click (or CMD-Click on Mac) to select multiple messages
  • click Delete (to move them into Trash folder)

• Empty Junk and Trash folder
  • Open Junk Mail folder
    • if there is any message you want to keep, drag-and-drop the messages to your Inbox
  • Click the Gear icon on lower-left corner
  • Click Empty
  • Do the same for Trash folder
