• Please ask the receiver to either whitelist our email servers 202.181.239.231 and 202.181.239.232 or ask them not to use the problematic blacklist.
• Currently, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft has over 80% of market share in email hosting. Please try to send an test email to your own (or your friend's) Gmail or Hotmail account. If you can receive your own email, that means our server is functioning correctly.
• There are millions of email servers on the Internet, if they insist to soley based on a blacklist, SXL is unable to solve their problems. They should implement more anti-spam mechanisms to filter spam.
