Migrate Outlook accounts to new email server

Outlook setup 自己設置Outlook

  • 不懂的不要自己做, 下載Rustdesk或Anydesk, 我可以幫你做.

* 重要!!! *
在Outlook裡, 如果之前賬號是IMAP類型, 不是改了服務器名稱和密碼就可以 (這樣會損失所有已下載郵件).
要添加一個新賬號, 然後把舊賬號裡的郵件拖拉到新賬號裡. 完成一次 傳送及接收, 最後才刪除舊賬號

* IMPORTANT!!! *
In Outlook, If existing account is IMAP type. DO NOT simply change the server name and password, you will lost all existing emails.
You must add a new account in Outlook, and then manually drag-and-drop all existing emails to the new mailbox, complete Send/Receive once, and then finally delete the old mailbox.

  • please use SSL first. Try other methods if SSL does not work.
  • 建議使用SSL, 如用不了SSL, 請試試其他方式.

Incoming mail server 內送郵件服務器

  • server name: h12.hksx.com
  • POP3 use port 110 (No-SSL) or 995 (SSL)
  • IMAP use port 143 (No-SSL) or 993 (SSL)

Outgoing mail server 外寄郵件服務器

  • server name: h12.hksx.com
  • port 465 (SSL)
  • port 587 (STARTTLS)
  • port 25 (No SSL)
