How to setup my phone email?

  • There are too many kinds of phone. I cannot remotely control your phone. No one can remotely help you, you are on your own.
  • But the principle is the same
  • First, open the setting page of email.
  • Find the “Incoming Mail Server”, change it to h12.hksx.com
    • Input your email address and password.
    • No need to change settings like Port or SSL, use the default.
  • Find the “Outgoing Mail Server”, change it to h12.hksx.com
    • Input your email address and password.
    • No need to change settings like Port or SSL, use the default.
  • change BOTH “Incoming Mail Server” and “Outgoing Mail Server”
  • Try to send yourself an email. If you can receive it, it is done.
  • Please do NOT ask me where is your Email Setting page, every phone is different. I cannot help you.
